Both of these canvas were well made but there are problems with both of them. The first one, was darker than the proof I submitted, but I can live with that. The second 11×14 canvas has a flaw in the upper left area and looks as though a bit of ink did not adhere to the canvas, so there is white showing through. It does not look like a scratch or scuff, but lack of ink/color on the canvas. Also the print over all is darker than the proof… sort of muddy, especially the background where the highlights should come through. I’ve send an e-mail to customer service asking you reprint the 11×14 image. I have cut a hole in the canvas, as instructed but have no idea where to upload the image of the damaged product. Still waiting to hear from someone on that.
