For the most part you did an outstanding job, quality product. My daughter loved “The Chief” the fourth time you have printed this. The “woodland stream” scene is quite nice. However the small canvas “sunlight” was not up to your usual standards. It was washed out, and overall grey, missing detail and color that was available in the original digital copy that was sent to you. When I compare the original on my monitor to the canvas there is a world of difference. I’m very disappointed in the outcome. I love your work, but this one failed. I wish I had an answer for why. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. I’m afraid this one won’t be hung, now what do I do with the custom frame I purchased for it. Sincerely yours, E. L. Phelps.
