Was really happy with the ease of use for the website and the professionalism in tracking, updating, and handling my order. The only disappointing part of my experience was the confusion around my expected delivery date. Using the calculator on the site I made plans for the estimated date it provided but my order didn’t even ship till after that date. I’m not sure if processing time wasn’t accounted for or not but it was misleading, caused me some issues with my clients, and resulted in my order being over a week “late”.
