I was expecting a little more effort on your artist part to help turn a photo that was not framed correctly into a better photo. 1 min on any photo editor can rotate the picture. I was expecting a higher level of skills with a more advanced artist skill level. I run a t-shirt shop and my ex wife use to remove items from pictures such as ketchup bottles on the table that distracted from the picture etc. I know people who have that level of skill and tool for photo editing such as Corelphoto, or Illustrator, etc can manipulate photos and make them look better. I was not asking for air brushing technique to eliminate blemishes, or remove a tattoo or remove a person from the back ground, I thought my request was straight forward and simple – Cut, Rotate, Crop the photo so my wife and I are not at an Angle. Before I recommend your company I would tell people to have the artwork “print ready” and price your company against local printers, walmart or other large format printers in their area. If they need assistance with getting artwork “print ready” I would recommend they seek out someone that will do those services. I didn’t want my wife to see this artwork so I outsourced it to you. Now I have something to hang over the trashcan in the garage. Yes I did approve it, because after 2 attempts you were not going to put any other effort into it. I should of cancelled the job.
