Thanks for the unsolicited request for feedback. I was already planning on calling you within the next few days. My order (order number 23391) was a huge disappointment. It was a b&w landscape. The proof you had sent looked fine. However, the contrast range of the print was not even close to the print. The black levels are ok, but still not very deep. The whites are extremely muted, with no bright whites, leaving the print looking like a watercolor wash. Also, much of the details of the print were obscured, as if printed at low resolution, further contributing to the wash effect. On my order I had added a note requesting feedback if the selected print medium, semi-gloss canvas, was suitable for the content. Without any response from your experts, I assumed that all we be fine. This was a first test print for me with your service. I am hoping to get this issue resolved as I have many more prints I would like to produce.
