The photo I sent was a scan of an old 1970s photo. I knew the quality would suffer because is was not a high resolution file, but when you chose to crop and then zoom in on the shot, it caused the end result to be even more grainy. I sent the photo uncropped for that reason. I am partially to blame, since I did approve the product, but onscreen, it was impossible to tell exactly how the end result would look.
