Lot of good things to talk about CanvasHQ: 1. The whole process was quick, easy and efficient. 2. The product quality is great. I like the way the structure was built with all the support in the back which gives durability. 3. I like the fact that the hardware comes installed and wall hardware is provided along with the canvas which does not require tools. Best thing is there is no extra charge for this. 4. Designer was able to accommodate my request to blur the borders. One thing I did not like: Though the quality of the canvas and the print were great, the image looked dull and less bright compared to my original pic. Also it was little bit over saturated. I can live with saturation but not the less brightness. I have sent a TIF image with 200 dpi. The image looked bright on my mac screen which has perfectly calibrated display. I am assuming either the designer reduced the brightness or if that is a normal behavior of the image to print with less brightness when printed on a canvas. If latter is the case then I think it will be a good tip to share with the customer to submit the image with extra brightness or if the designer could increase the brightness before printing so it looks same as the submitted image when printed on canvas. I am very disappointed with this dullness in the picture as it was taken using high quality camera (SONY A7RII) and lens with enough lighting. The image submitted was directly derived from RAW with all color correction including brightness and contrast.
