Was really impressed with the personal service and prompt creation and delivery of my beautiful prints. Kristy really took the time to walk me through all my questions, sharing her experience and expertise, and I was really happy to have gone with all the advice she gave me. Now I have four outstanding showpieces in my home of my own photography from my travels. Wow! I deducted one star because one of the prints had a fraction of the image cropped from the image I sent, which caused my signature not to be centered in the corner. However, I’m sure they would reprint it for me for free, but I’m choosing not to reprint it because I hold dear the principle of reduce/reuse/recycle and don’t believe in waste, so I’m good with keeping it as is. But, if you are a stickler for perfection, you might want to get the free proof Kristy offers before they print your canvas and realize that you might have to take the trouble to send back a piece of the canvas and have them reprint the image again (which they will do for free) if it is not cropped on the frame to the same dimensions as the proof. Even so, I would highly recommend this printer. Really great quality and great personal service.
