Robert S.
I have a couple of problems. I thought one print was slightly dark and the other was slightly light. One of the prints is for a charity auction and I don’t have time to send it back. In both cases they weren’t off enough to make the effort to send them back. But, what really bothers me is the advertising on the back. I will have to add a couple of staples and cut that piece of canvas off. I don’t like my name and print info either, but I could probably live with it. Your prices and free shipping, and even the packaging were good, but your advertising on my art is a deal breaker. BTW, you should think about using a colored tape in your packaging, it’s very hard to see what you’re cutting when slicing between frames.
[CanvasHQ note: We immediately replied to Robert about his canvases and offered to remake or refund the order. Unless our clients have requested their own logo on the back of their canvases, that’s where we print our logo. The thought is that if you forget who made your canvas, you can always look on the back and see our contact information. However, we are more than happy to use our clients’ logos or leave the logo off entirely upon request. Thanks for the colored tape recommendation. That’s a good idea, and we’ll ask our supplier if they can find tape like that for us.]
