I am well pleased with the quality and overall look of the canvas image. Good printing. This was my first attempt at creating a digital image on my iPad Pro using the Procreate app and Apple Pencil. The rendering was made from a photo of my Grandson while he was cradling a goat kid at the farm. I realized, after the proof was sent to me by you, that I had crowded the image a bit too close to the margins….not enough open area around the subject. The proof showed the suggested white border around the subject and it was very appealing to me. I approved that proof but, the delivered canvas did not match the proof. The border area was gone and I received the original crowded image. I am still learning finer points of composition so the advice was much appreciated. However, it seems you have an internal quality control issue to deal with. The canvas will still make a great gift to my daughter, the subject’s mother. Thanks for all the effort and overall quality of the printing.
