You guys are always very pleasant when something is sent that’s not of the expected quality, but I have had issue with both items I ordered. I kind of feel bad to ask for them to be redone so I did not.. but stating an issue, then getting a response like ‘what is the problem?’ then my asking ‘well this doesn’t match the proof, correct’ and then ‘yes’. this kind of makes me feel like I am not being reasonable.. but then again I am an art director at a large intl graphics firm, so maybe I need to pick a local professional service. (?)
