The ordering process was pretty quick and easy; the preview and proof were very true to the print (nothing unexpectedly cut off); customer service was responsive when the package was delayed (it resolved itself); the quality of the print is great; the hanging hardware is a nice touch. I did find it a little bit annoying that I couldn’t crop my graphic so it would fit when I was setting it up. I had to re-export from Photoshop with extra whitespace added. It was very important to me to have the edges start to wrap at a specific spot in the design, and the tools on CanvasHQ didn’t really allow me to do that without guessing and checking the appropriate amount of bleed to include in the Photoshop file. So that is something you could do to improve. It was a minor inconvenience for me, but might frustrate some other people who don’t have skills with a program like Photoshop.
