When I have questions, I don’t have a direct way of contacting you. The chat feature hasn’t worked and the ‘white label’ service feels like a black box. I sent thank you cards but didn’t get any confirmation that they were received? I might like to try something else with the white label service as well, but have no way of knowing if that’s how things will actually be shipped?

CanvasHQ note: Thank you very much for the feedback. We were under the impression that we acknowledged the Thank You cards, but please accept our apologies since that didn’t come through. We do make a point of including those with white label orders when it’s requested, and we rarely miss including those with customer canvases. About the chat functionality, we have a live chat operator during our normal business hours, and we get back to messages left as soon as possible. We’re sorry that you were disappointed, and we will take your feedback to heart.
