I got two small 8*8 canvas frames for my mother in law as Christmas gifts. Of course she loved them and I loved the poctures. However, I was expecting two hooks that I could hang these for her, but I could not find them anywhere. Previously I had all hoooks for all different sizes which made things so much easier to hang on the wall. I was very disappointed about this. Another thing was that when the staff emailed me to proof the picture, she or he totally changed the crop line I ordered. It was way different I had to wonder why. The second email proof was sent with the same wrong crop line. I was getting annoyed that I had to reexplain to fix the crop line to original that I uploaded. Although I was not satisfied with this order because of the proofing process and missing parts, I’ve loved Canvas HQ for years. They do provide high quality canvas art for sure.
