Hi Customer Service: We have bought from you before – last year a 8x12x.75 semi-gloss #99709 Robert, and was very pleased. The canvas that we have just bought, a 14x10x.75 semi-gloss #113251 Valerie & Gary, seems as if you used a canvas with maybe a coarser weave which didn’t affect the overall result but it did spoil the faces. If the canvas was turned at right angles the effect would have been better. Don’t like complaining but thought you might like to know. Jean Compton
