I’ve used you twice — first for a personal project, then for a sale to a third party — and I’ve been quite happy both times. Quick turnaround and competitive pricing, and it feels like each canvas gets individual attention from your staff. One suggestion: It would be great to have templates available (.PSD, or something that can be used as a Photoshop layer) for each canvas size (and each canvas depth?) for photo-wrap purposes. I spent way too much time trying to get the crops right in Photoshop only to have to re-do them (from scratch) once I got into the upload/cropping tool. And then I wasn’t sure I was hitting the right marks because the cropping tool doesn’t allow for a precise/zoom view. Had I had a template available, it would have taken out a fair amount of guesswork and saved me time; it would have also reduced the likelihood of a mistake in the final product. (My mistake, I think, was assuming that for a .75-inch canvas depth, I simply needed to add 1.5 inches horizontally and vertically to my image, and it would magically be perfect when uploaded. It didn’t work that way!)
