The print I received was excellent. My only issue is that I paid for expedited shipping that didn’t arrive in the timeframe promised which was very inconvenient. I requested a credit for the expedited shipping fee on live chat and was told I would be credited. I have not seen this credit as yet. I have a series of prints to do over the next several months and was trying CanvasHQ for the first time. While I was satisfied with the product received, I’m less than confident with support. I felt like I was being told anything that would make me go away.

We have confirmed back to John that he has received his credit for the expedited delivery charges.
