Canvas Crew note: Jyoti, thanks so much for your response. We are happy to remake or refund any canvas that you purchase from us within 30 days after you receive it – we like to think that we are as easy to work with as Neiman Marcus when it comes to returns. To make it easy for you, we email you a form, and we ask that you cut a small piece from your canvas, attach it to the form, and then return that to us via regular mail. That way, you don’t have to repackage your original canvas and then lug it to the FedEx office 🙂
