It was missing the back dust cover. I was embarrassed to give it to a client without one. You really should recheck them to ensure they have dust covers. You’re the first vendor to ever send me one without a dust cover.
Management response: Thank you for the input. We actually don’t provide dust covers on our canvases. This gives our photographers to opportunity to include their own logo on the back of our canvases.
