I researched a lot of reviews about customer experience from many companies before deciding to go with Canvas HQ. The results are fantastic and the customer service is awesome! I didn’t understand the concept of mirror image, and the fact that they send previews before you approve the final result is a great touch! Kristy explained to me over the phone, then created one to show me what it was and emailed it to me. She was very patient as I changed my mind twice. Then when I approved it, I received it in a matter of days which was quite a nice surprise! I used a coupon, so I felt the price was good especially considering the quality of the finished product.
