I have emailed CanvasHQ a couple times with questions, and Kristy responded within the hour each time I had a question. I was struggling to decide on a size for above my mantle and wanted to make sure the cell phone pic I had could actually enlarge that big. I gave Kristy measurements and the photo. Within an hour she had three different edits of the photo, one option being black and white and a size I could do above the mantle. She made my decision making so easy and the whole process was smooth and fast! She even gave me the edited full size files of my picture she had created. I cannot recommend this company enough. Immediately after ordering, I was texting my friends and family what an awesome experience it was. I just received my canvas today and am so pleased – the colors are vibrant and it is going to look amazing above my mantle. It is very large and even with it being a cell phone photo, it is crystal clear. The price not only for that size canvas, but for all the help with my photo editing and deciding on the size – it was a steal!
