I liked your work a lot: the mechanics of ordering, the product I received, … The problem, and I think it is significant, is that you do not keep my images. This makes your software awkward. Once I had an almost-ready order late at night. I went to sleep, in the morning when I logged in again it was all lost. Your customer support people said “that’s the way it is”. I don’t think it’s a good thing, and it makes the difference between a 10 and an 8.
