We had tried another company and while the image was good, their process left creases along the frame borders so we complained and they sent a 2nd but it too was not good. We found your company and when the package arrived we began to feel confident by just seeing the packaging that was so much better than the other company. When we finally got to the print we could not believe how well the frame was constructed with braces. The other company had a rectangle with one stick down the middle. We then got really excited when we turned it over and saw the image. NO SEAMS and beautifully presented. PLUS, the hanging wire was already installed. The other company gave us a kit that, included a string (too short for the frame) and hangers that were not able to carry the weight. So, we learned the difference between a company that knocks out product by volume as opposed to your firm that employs craftspeople who care about their work and realize that customers select images that mean a lot to them to spend the expense of having them blown up and mounted on canvas. We are proud to show neighbors and friends our 60 x 40 canvas that your talented staff worked on for us. By the way, your canvas texture is also better and the colors in the image are more vivid than the other company produced. Simply, THANK YOU.
