I only ordered the two canvases. So far, I am happy with the results. I think the wrap is nice and I appreciate the quality canvas that you use. I think I will need to adjust my submission a little to up the saturation because the color in my images were slightly desaturated compared to the original file, but overall I am happy with the canvas and appreciate that this is a small business. I loved the Canvas. The image was perfect. However, I was surprised by the packaging. I'm glad the canvas was not damaged upon receiving. With no protection for the front of canvas except the actual thin box it was shipped in, I was surprised at how easily there could have been damage with shipping. There was no protection for the canvas at all except some tape that probably, for the most part, kept it from sliding around in the shipping box. Thankfully it didn't appear to have any damage. That was the only reason for 8/10 instead of a 10/10. The great canvas print quality doesn't mean much if the product comes damaged from shipping.

There is only one thing missing from your otherwise great website, and that is the ability to see a 3D version of a canvas with the specified border. The border selection and frame thickness make a huge impact on the final product, and you should make available a rotatable 3D rendering of the image with border. Since you currently only show the front face of the canvas, I had to jump through some hoops on my own to get a good idea of how the mirror-wrap border would work with the image I was having printed. Regarding the finished product, I am extremely pleased and will be using CanvasHQ for additional work.

I mean, you can always share my feedback (but preferably not my name or photos since I don't disclose any lab partners to clients). But anyway, just so I remember and an FYI. I really love the light photos - like I love them more than I have loved any canvas (personally, I have always preferred a sleek metal print over a canvas). But these really turned out great. The highlights are beautiful and the colors really kept in print. So thank you for all your guidance. I am glad I printed the two dark ones with lustre and then with matte because I really do prefer the matte on the darker and it was nice to see the difference. Do you have samples corners or 2 inch pieces of your frames I can buy? I was so back and forth and really wanted to do the gold frame around the 12x18, but couldn't justify the cost without seeing the frame first. But obviously, I understand if you do not, but sign me up if you do.

The girl who talked to me online from your website made it clear that my picture won't be cropped at all if i choose mirrored edge canvas. Well I still lost edges from the real image.

Printing wedding photos so I wanted the best in terms of quality. Based on a lot a research I heard that CanvasHQ was #1. The bar was set extremely high and these guys managed to exceed my expectations. Let's start with their editor; provided great suggestions in a timely manner, made a perfect photo even better.
